YEREVAN.- Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission extended the two licenses of Armenian-Russian ArmRusGazprom company for distribution of natural gas in the republic and for services of gas supply operator.
Both licenses were extended until September 29, 2013.
Gazprom JSC owns 80% of stock of ArmRusgazprom, another 20% belongs to the Armenian Ministry of Energy.
