MOSCOW. - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Troika Dialog Ruben Vardanian conceded the presidency of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo to Andrew Rappaport.
Ruben Vardanian, who has been the president of Skolkovo since its beginning, will remain on the Coordination Council and will head its Committee on International Cooperation and Strategic Partnerships, reports Interfax.
