YEREVAN.- Georgia’s Embassy in Armenia conveyed congratulations to President Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of 20th anniversary of Independence, embassy representative told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Representative of diplomatic mission stressed that congratulations were convened on September 22.
Earlier on Saturday the Armenian Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper wrote that scandal is brewing in recent days in Armenian-Georgian relations due to lack of congratulations from the Georgian side.
