YEREVAN. - Russia’s home and foreign policy will not change substantially under new administration of Vladimir Putin, said MP from ruling Republican Party of Armenia Mkrtich Minasyan to a press conference on Wednesday.

He argued that current President Dmitri Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin belong to the same political team.

“I cannot predict substantial changes in the economy and foreign policy of Russia. Policies of greater states always affect smaller countries but I don’t believe in any definite and major changes in relation to Armenia: Russia is our strategic partner,” said Minasyan.
