A magnitude 5 earthquake hit Van, Turkey, in the early morning hours of Wednesday.
The tremor was registered at 2:47 a.m. local time (4:47, Yerevan time) at Van’s Kurbas region. There is no information on casualties, as of yet, Milliyet daily of Turkey informed.
To note, the earthquake that hit Van on October 23 had claimed 604 lives, and the quake that shook the city on November 9 killed 40.
