France's support to Armenia is unconditional, complete, and permanent. French ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies stated this at a press conference Monday, Armenpress reports.

Decottignies emphasized that France supports Armenia.

"Armenia represents its government. And the support that France provides to Armenia was presented much more clearly by French President Emmanuel Macron. It is without preconditions, it is complete, and permanent," stressed the French diplomat.

Also, he wished peace to Armenia, but added that words are not enough to achieve peace, so he once again reaffirms France's commitment to peace in Armenia.

According to him, France stands with Armenia.

"This is a commitment to long-term and just peace in the region. But it is also a commitment to be by Armenia's side, to maintain its territorial integrity and inviolability," concluded Olivier Decottignies.
