YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) cautions the drivers that traveling with worn-out and synthetic tires results in accidents and traffic jams.
“We encourage not using transport vehicles that are not in good condition, and have old and worn-out tires,” MES’ corresponding statement reads.
