YEREVAN. –  The ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) will carry out its election campaign in keeping with its correctness, National Assembly (NA) Deputy Speaker and RPA Spokesperson Eduard Sharmazanov said, during a press conference on Thursday, and added that RPA is going to the parliamentary elections not against, but for an idea.

As per Sharmazanov, their objective is not to receive more than five percent of the votes, but rather the confidence to secure democracy in the country.

“Of course you cannot clap with one hand, and we are hopeful the opposition likewise will take that path,” Eduard Sharmazanov maintained.
