YEREVAN.- The court rejected on Wednesday the application filed by Khachatur Sukiasyan, businessman member of the opposition Armenian National Congress bloc.
Khachatur Sukiasyan appealed to the court to annual the decision of Yerevan’s Electoral District No. 10 Election Commission which had not registered him as an MP candidate.
Talking to the Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter, Sukiasyan’s lawyer said his client will continue the struggle and will appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.
