YEREVAN. – The Karabakh conflict can be solved through exclusively peaceful means, President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev said during his visit to Armenia.
“Bulgaria has a clear position: the conflict should be solved peacefully under the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group and with the assistance of the EU,” Radev said during a joint press conference with his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan.
He highlighted the importance of an active dialogue between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“Dialogue should be based less on emotions and more on wisdom,” Radev said, adding that Bulgaria during the presidency of the EU Council will assist in the implementation of this position.
