U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Mills rounds out his time in Armenia with reckless remarks about Artsakh, says ANCA executive director Aram Hamparian addressing the remarks of outgoing US ambassador to Armenia Richa8d Mills.

In an interview with EVN Report Mills said that any settlement in Karabakh conflict will requirre the return of some portion of “the occupied territories” although he understands how events like the 2016 Apri War make this even more difficult for the Armenian people.

“Ambassador Mills rounds out his time in Armenia with reckless remarks about Artsakh. Sadly, his was a tenure marked by moving goalposts and missed opportunities. Too many lectures, too little action. And no U.S.-Armenia Tax Treaty”, said Aram Hamparian.
