YEREVAN. – A man has fallen from a building and died Monday in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia.

At 12:31pm, the 911 emergency hotline received a report that a person had fallen while carrying out construction work at a high-rise in downtown Yerevan, and died.

A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene, the Ministry of Emergency Situations informed.

The rescuers found the dead body of an about 50-year-old unidentified person, near the said building.
