Armenia’s acting Prime Nikol Pashinyan on Thursday received a delegation, led by US National Security Adviser John Bolton.
“It is very important to have high-level contacts with the US,” Pashinyan noted in his welcoming remarks. “And our government underscores active Armenian-American dialogue and close cooperation.”
Subsequently, the acting PM reflected on the political events unrolling in Armenia, and noted that the country is at a historic period.
“We [Armenia] are working to create and strengthen a stable and institutional democratic state,” he said, in particular.
Also, he stressed that Armenia was determinedly moving forward along the “road” of democratic development.
