According to Milan Airport’s Passenger.am’s representative and passengers, boarding and registration have been rejected for several dozens of passengers of Ryanair’s Milan-Yerevan flight FR4456. Passenger.am’s representative confirmed, this is due to the fact that the flight was organized poorly and improperly.
According to the EU 261/2004 Flight Compensation Regulation, in this case, the airline company was also obliged to grant passengers an alternative flight to the previously reserved destination and take care of the passengers’ issues related to food and drinks (if delay was more than 2 hours) and stay (if delay was more than 5 hours at night).
