A conscript serviceman in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) was wounded by a shot he himself had fired. Artsrun Hovhannisyan, Spokesperson Defense Minister of Armenia, confirmed this in a conversation with Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The incident took place on January 28.
