On February 3, at about 7:35am, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army serviceman Artur Dalakyan (born in 2000) sustained a minor gunshot wound at a military unit located in a southwesterly direction, and according to preliminary information, as a result of violation of gun-use rules.
An investigation is underway to find out the details of the incident.
