YEREVAN. – A completion of investigation has been announced for the second time into the criminal case involving Ara Babloyan, former Speaker of the National Assembly (NA), and Arsen Babayan, former Deputy Chief of Staff of the NA, and it was sent to the prosecutor's office to confirm the indictment; the case is already at the prosecutor's office. Arevik Khachatryan, head of the Public Relations Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia, told this to Armenian News-NEWS.am today.

Babloyan is accused of usurping the powers of the Constitutional Court with a group of officials, as well as committing official fraud.
