Artsakh CEC has received 14 applications for participation in the presidential election on March 31.

Applications were submitted by two blocs and 10 parties, CEC reported.

The submitted applications are being studied at the Artsakh CEC.

All electoral lists will be available on the same site from February 18 this year.
