The servicemen of the intelligence units of the Russian military base in Armenia are conducting a two-day tactical battalion exercises with the Armenian military, the press service of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces informed Monday, RIA Novosti reported citing the respective statement.
Accordingly, during the military exercises, they deployed a landing force on the rear of the conventional adversary.
More than 1,500 servicemen are taking part in these military exercises, and about 300 units of military and special equipment—including helicopters and drones—are involved in them.
