A brutal murder took place in the Azerbaijani city of Shirvan.

According to haqqin.az, the preliminary investigations carried out revealed reasonable suspicions that the husband of the victim, 28-year-old Kamali Ganbarova, 30-year-old Jamaleddin Ganbarov, during the conflict that arose between them on the basis of personal relations, deliberately killed his wife, inflicting numerous wounds on her with a knife in front of their minor son.

A criminal case has been initiated. The man is detained.
