The war declared against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) has entered an extremely bloody phase. On the one hand, Azerbaijan tightens the noose, on the other hand, the people of Artsakh fight as they can. Tigran Abrahamyan, secretary of the opposition "With Honor" Faction of the National Assembly of Armenia and a security expert, wrote this on Facebook.
"With the 9-month blockade—hunger, lack of fuel and all kinds of deliveries [to Artsakh], I no longer know how [its] people are fighting.
"Before starting the war, Azerbaijan weakened [Artsakh] by way of the blockade, and only then attacked because even in these miserable conditions, people [of Artsakh] ‘are fighting.’
“Assessing the situation as extremely serious, it is impossible to clearly describe the situation in which our compatriots [in Artsakh] are at the moment," the Armenian MP added.
