YEREVAN.- Armenia’s Healthcare Minister Derenik Dumanyan will visit Iraq as a member of the delegation headed by Deputy Premier Armen Gevorgyan.

He will attend the first session of Armenia-Iraq intergovernmental commission to be held in Baghdad.

Earlier this year Iraqi Healthcare Minister Majeed Amin visited Armenia as a member of Iraqi official delegation. The sides signed memorandum on understanding between the ministries.

The visit will be focused on clarifying cooperation directions envisaged by memorandum, special attention will be drawn to cooperation between the hospitals of two countries as well as treatment of Iraqi citizens in Armenia.
