In his Tuesday speech U.S. President Barack Obama informed of intention to draft a policy proposal on struggling against a double-digit unemployment rate, while attempting to handle a recession consequences, that caused real headache to his administration.

The plan will include increase of assistance to the states, spurs to proprietors, pressing banks to grant larger loans to small businesses as well as tax reduction for hiring companies.

Official White House has not issued any program details, however outlined that jobs’ creation is of main priority.

“Having gotten the financial crisis under control, having finally moved into a positive territory when it comes to economic growth, our biggest challenge now is making sure that job growth matches up with economic growth,” Reuters quotes Obama.

At that, Obama's administration asserts that this program is not a mere economic stimulus package like the one he signed back in February ($787 bn bill).
