YEREVAN. – The Harsnakar case court hearings continued in the Avan and Nor-Nork First Instance Court in Yerevan on Thursday. The judge David Harutyunyan denied the motion to challenge the prosecutor proposed by the defense attorney for defendant Norayr Hayrapetyan.  As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, an incident had occurred in Yerevan’s Harsnaqar Restaurant on June 17, where several military doctors including Edgar Mikoyan, Arkadi Aghajanyan, Garik Soghomonyan, Artak Bayadyan and Vahe Avetyan were brutally beaten by Hayrapetyan’s personnel. Vahe Avetyan died in hospital on June 29. The Police have detained six people, including Arman Khatchatryan, Norayr Hayrapetyan, Garik Margaryan, Arman Baghdasaryan, Davit Adamyan and Arthur Babloyan. Photo by Arsen Sargsyan
