ALEPPO. – Four Syrian citizens, including and Armenian, died as a result of shots being fired in Aleppo, and there is also an Armenian woman among the dozens wounded, Armenian community representative in Aleppo, Zhirayr Reisian, told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

In his words, the fires were shot in the city’s Sulaymaniyah district where the Armenian Gulbenkian National Seminary is located.     

“The killed Armenian is Vartan Moutafian, who had moved to Aleppo from Deir ez-Zor to evade the military operations, but, sadly, this did not save him,” Reisian said.  

And the wounded Armenian woman, namely, Harmig Nadjarian, is in hospital and under medical supervision. In Reisian words, her condition is not life threatening.
