The U.S. human rights protection organization, “The Human Right Campaign,” has listed the organizations most tolerant to the representatives of LGBT-community in the United States.

The employees of HRC surveyed almost 900 representatives of different companies from 40 different industries on their attitude to gay community. According to the results, the most tolerant companies are the legal organizations.

Oil production company Exxon Mobil was found the most anti-gay organization. The ‘tolerance rating’ of the company decreased to the lowest rate, -25 points, in 2012.

The following criteria were counted as important during the survey: employer providing equal conditions for all employees, career opportunities for members of the LGBT community, the level of discrimination in the company, the availability of social guarantees for same-sex couples and others.
