YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) received information, on Thursday at 5:15pm, notifying that an accident had occurred nearby Malishka village and there was an injured person.

The regional rescue squad was dispatched to the scene of the incident, MES press service informs. 

It was found out that a BMW—whose driver was R. Movsisyan, who was born in 1991—had gone off road, for yet unknown reasons, and crashed into a natural gas pipe.

Before the arrival of the rescuers, however, Movsisyan died en route to the City of Yeghegnadzor Medical Center.    

The rescuers cut the electricity of the vehicle.
