YEREVAN. – Armenia’s international reserves made $1.709 billion this October, Central Bank of Armenia report reads. Compared to September, turnover of the international reserves went up, making $17 million, however, compared to January it went down making about $111 million.
Over 65 percent of international reserves making about $1.1 billion are stored in stocks, while cash makes $592 million. At the same time, a small amount of those stocks are stocked in foreign commercial banks (about $36 million), while the rest in central banks of other countries or in the IMF.
