BERD. – R. H., 38, and S. G., 34, have for months been engaged in an intimate relation with a 15-year-old T. G. in Armenia’s Tavush Region, Berd First Instance Court informs Armenian News-NEWS.am adding the case is investigated at them.

A criminal case is instigated against them according to Article 141. Sexual acts with a person under 16. The two men are charged with sexual intercourse or other sexual acts with a person obviously under 16, by a person who reached 18 years of age. It is punished with correctional labor for the term of up to 2 years, or with imprisonment for the term of up to 2 years.

The two are released for bail and the court trial will launch soon.
