Russian Federation (RF) President Vladimir arrived in Istanbul on Monday afternoon.

At the airport, the RF President was welcomed by Turkey’s Energy Minister Taner Yildiz, Istanbul Governor Huseyin Avni Mutlu, and several other officials, Hurriyet daily of Turkey informs. 

Prior to sitting in his service vehicle, however, Putin greeted the members of the media with a hand salute.

Next, Vladimir Putin headed to Dolmabahce Palace, where third conference of the Turkey-Russia high level cooperation council will be convened.
