YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received on Tuesday the newly appointed deputy head of the regional delegation of Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations Deputy Head of the Regional Delegation Antonio Alonzi.

During the meeting, Minister Nalbandian said he is hopeful that cooperation between Armenian and the FAO will be more developing during Alonzi’s term in office, MFA informs.

At the same time, the FAO Deputy Head assured that he will spare no effort to expand FAO projects in Armenia and to develop agriculture in Armenia.

The sides discussed issues related to multilateral cooperation and possible implementation of new projects.
