The official ceremony for putting into circulation of the envelopes, which are devoted to the 20th anniversary of the diplomatic ties between Armenia and China, and of both countries’ stamps on these envelopes was held on December 21 at Armenia’s Embassy in China.

Armenia’s Ambassador to China, Armen Sargsyan, and Ma Xiaoling, Secretary General of the Philatelic Association of the MFA of China,  formally put the envelopes and the stamps into circulation. 

Representatives of a number of Chinese media also attended the event.
