ARMAVIR. – A 55-year-old G. H. is accused in having sexual relations with an underage, who was the grand child of his sister, First Instance Court of Armavir informed Armenian News-NEWS.am adding the case is being investigated at them.

A criminal case is instigated on the Article 141: Sexual acts with a person under 16, which is punished with correctional labor for the term of up to 2 years, or with imprisonment for the term of up to 2 years. The man is arrested. The case was registered on Monday and the day of the trial will be appointed soon.
