Armenian Central Electoral Commission has registered five international and three local organizations, who have volunteered to monitor the upcoming presidential elections in the republic. Note that the elections will be held on February 18, 2013.

As noted on the official website of the CEC, among the listed organizations are ICES (International Expert Center for Electoral Systems), OSCE / ODIHR, PACE (Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe), and the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly (the CIS observation mission).

Three local organizations are Vanadzor office of the Helsinki Citizens Assembly (63 observers), “Democratic and Electoral Processes” NGO (2 observers) and “Armenian Center for Democratic Education-CIVITAS” (77 observers).
