YEREVAN. – A presidential nominee in upcoming elections in Armenia, Arman Melikyan has released his election program and principles.

Some of the points of the program include the requirement to the authorities to inform society about the number of Armenians that left the country due to huge migration flows. The candidate also requires that the authorities disclose information on how many Armenians with permanent residence have been issued a citizenship since the independence, and how many of them refused it.

Melikyan also claims that they should ensure legitimacy of election no matter who will win as a result of the presidential elections.

To note, the observers of Melikyan represent the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and the Orinats Yerkir Party.
