Newly elected President of Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE) Mevlut Cavusoglu participated in “Future of the European Court of Human Rights” conference in Switzerland and delivered a long speech.

“Year after year the number people going to the European Court increases, reaching 120.000 and majority of petitions concerns Russia and Turkey. If these people are brought into line, it will be a 4km chain. These numbers are troublesome, hence the countries should take appropriate measures,” said one the founders of Turkish ruling “Justice and Development” Party Mevlut Cavusoglu.
