YEREVAN. – American currency transactions were not conducted at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Monday.

The offer for the dollar was at a quite high exchange rate of AMD 417/$1, but the demand rate did not exceed AMD 416.85/$1.

To note, the US currency’s stock exchange rate climbed in the past week and virtually reached AMD 416.51/$1.

At the cash foreign currency market of Armenia, the US dollar’s maximum buying exchange rate is at AMD 416.5/$1 and its selling exchange rate is primarily at AMD 418/$1 or 418.5/$1.
