During the Monday session in parliament, Tigran Sargsyan presented a 2013-17 action plan of a new Cabinet.
He assured compensation for the burnt deposits in the Savings Bank will continue.
“We will provide jobs with high wages, better and more accessible education and health care, recovery of factories, including the replacement of the owner if necessary,” Sargsyan told lawmakers.
The government will try to provide targeted assistance to start-up businesses and introduce a fair system of property tax.
“We must become a competitive state and organized society,” he said.
