YEREVAN. – The loan repayment deadlines of Armenia’s farmers, who suffered losses to their crops as a result of the hailstorm on May 12, either must be extended, or other mutually acceptable solutions need to be found.
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan noted the aforesaid, during Monday’s National Assembly session, responding to the query by MP Edmon Marukyan.
Sargsyan added that an inventory is in progress to find out the exact loan commitments of these farmers.
