YEREVAN. – The American national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 414.20/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Wednesday.

The aforesaid exchange rate is a 0.55-percent, or an AMD 2.30, drop from the previous trading session on Tuesday. To note, at the end of the trading session the dollar was even offered at AMD 414.10/$1.   

Wednesday’s sales totaled $3 million at the stock exchange.

The US dollar lost value at Armenia’s cash foreign currency market, too; its buying exchange rate dropped all the way to AMD 412-413/$1 and the selling exchange rate, to AMD 416/$1.
