Five percent of Armenia’s resources are used in herbal tea production – producer

YEREVAN. – Five percent of Armenia’s resources are used in the production of herbal tea, Bio Universal Company CEO Tigran Sahakyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.   

“Those several [herbal tea producing] companies that work in Armenia make use of a small part of the [respective] resources that exist in Armenia. I do not have specific assessments, but I believe all of us together use even less than five percent of the resources.

Our current production is solely 10-15 percent, [but] we plan to expand our presence in the US market,” Sahakyan stated.
