YEREVAN. – The new plan of the Government of Armenia is not so much a plan, but rather a declaration whereby the authorities reduce the constitutional significance of the given document.
Opposition ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party National Assembly (NA) Faction member Artsvik Minasyan noted the abovementioned during Friday’s NA briefings.
He noted that the government was not punished at all for not fulfilling the plans of the previous years.
As per the opposition MP, the government plan does not include several important matters such as the construction of a new nuclear power plant, Armenia’s energy security, and the country’s national airline carrier.
With respect to the query as to his assessment on the PM’s idea of carrying out a “revolution of the mind,” Artsvik Minasyan responded:
“The country’s authorities must be prepared for change of power, and this will be a revolution of the mind, but they do not have such willingness.”
