YEREVAN. – A call was received, on Friday at 2:03pm, informing that a person had drowned in the pond nearby Aramus village of Armenia’s Kotayk Region, and rescuers were needed.
A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene, the Ministry of Emergency Situations news service informs.
The rescuers removed the dead body of Akunk village resident Tevos Melkonyan, who was born in 1999, from the water.
