YEREVAN. – Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) members informed that there was a serious talk between PAP Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan and second President Robert Kocharyan, Hraparak daily reports.

“[The talk was held] before the PAP rally that was held during the campaign season of the recent [capital city Yerevan] Council of Elders election, and [it was] concerning PAP’s status, whether or not being an opposition.

Tsarukyan made it clear that he is a separate player, [and that] he may even come out against [Russian President Vladimir] Putin.

In the rally that followed this conversation, Tsarukyan said he does not have any obligation to any one, considering Robert Kocharyan, too,” Hraparak writes.
