YEREVAN. – Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan on Tuesday issued a message of congratulations to President Emomalii Rahmon of Tajikistan.
Sargsyan released the address in connection with Tajikistan’s national holiday, the State Independence Day, the Presidential Press Office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
To note, on September 10, 1991, the session of the parliament of Tajikistan passed the decision, “On State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.”
