YEREVAN. – The text of international treaties is not made public before initialing and sometimes even after being signed, Armenian FM said.

His comments came in response to a question by MP from Heritage faction Ruben Hakobyan who asked when the texts of the agreements with Customs Union and EU would be made public.

“Probably, the ruling party is the main bearer of political intellect, but there is also parliamentary minority, and you must take them into account. I am leaving for Bishkek CIS summit tomorrow, but I have no information about the Customs Union and I will have to spy to learn what is going on with you and with us,” Hakobyan said ironically.

In his turn Minister Nalbandian assured him “there is no secret in talks”, adding that there is no concrete document concerning the Customs Union yet. He noted that the talks will start in late October or early November.
