YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Wednesday received newly appointed U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick.

President Sargsyan congratulated Warlick on his appointment and wished him success in his mission. Armenian leader highly appreciated mediation efforts of the co-chairing states of the OSCE Minsk Group U.S., France and Russia in resolving Karabakh conflict exclusively by peaceful means.

President Sargsyan and Ambassador Warlick discussed the current stage and prospect of the peace process.

James Warlick conveyed U.S. President Barack Obama’s message to Serzh Sargsyan.
