ANKARA. – A total of 61,985 citizens of Armenia headed to Turkey from January to October 2013. 

The number of Armenian citizens that visited Turkey from January to October grew by 4.4 percent, or by 2,613 people, as compared to the same time period in the year past, Armenian News-NEWS.am ascertained from the Culture and Tourism Ministry of Turkey.   

A total of 5,808 citizens of Armenia traveled to Turkey in October alone, and this number is 8.8-percent more as compared to the same period last year.

To note, 70,956 Armenia nationals had headed to Turkey in 2012.
