YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia does not yet confirm the existence of an agreement on a talk between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, and within the framework of the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting, which will be convened in early December in Basel, Switzerland.  

Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov on Monday had informed about the possibility of such a talk. 

At the request of Armenian News-NEWS.am, the Armenia MFA Press Secretary Tigran Balayan commented on this statement by Mammadyarov. He noted that if such a proposal is received and a respective agreement is reached, it will be informed. 

Balayan added, however, that the past six-year schedule shows that such talks were held along the lines of the previous OSCE Ministerial Council meetings.
