OSCE Minsk Group US Co-Chair James Warlick expressed regret that the Armenian and the Azerbaijani foreign ministers did not get together during the meetings of the OSCE Ministerial Council.

“We regret the ForMins of #Armenia and #Azerbaijan were unable to meet at @OSCE. Dialogue is a necessary part of the peace process. #NKpeace,” Warlick tweeted.

The aforesaid meetings were convened on December 4 and 5 in Basel, Switzerland.

Separately, the Minsk Group Co-Chairs are expected to visit Armenia and Azerbaijan by the year’s end.
